Long-term rental from 1 month
You simply want to stay on Mallorca for a long time
Hotels are too expensive for a longer stay, but a holiday home for a longer period of time would be ideal to get to know the authentic Mallorca NOT as a tourist, but as a "part-time islander"?
I can help!
Villa "Isla Bonita"
The 2017 built, elegantly furnished villa is located 170 m near the sea in the south of Mallorca, in the former fishermen village Sa Ràpita. It has 165 m2 of living space, a suite with a private sea view terrace and bathroom ensuite, another three beautiful double rooms and two bathrooms, an open kitchen with dishwasher, American fridge with ice cube and cold water dispenser and an open connection to the living-dining area with 55" Smart TV, a pretty pool, several terraces for retreat, well-kept outdoor areas and a huge, unobservable roof terrace with deck chairs and seating.
The whole house is suitable for 8 people. WiFi is free!
The villa is only a few hundred meters apart and close to the sea. The wild and romantic rocky coast offers plenty of places to chill out. The swimming area with stone lying surface and diving board directly into the crystal clear sea is only a stone's throw away from our front door :-)))
Along the coastal road are nice cafes and bars, where you have a fantastic sea view and can enjoy Spanish hospitality at affordable prices. In 4 minutes by bike or in 15 minutes on foot you are on the beach of Sa Ràpita with its yacht club and beach restaurant. It turns into the "Es Trenc" beach and is considered as the Caribbean of Europe: the sea is turquoise and the sandy beach is incredibly white and fine. Heart, what do you want more?
If you love it more lonely, there is also a small, hidden natural beach in a nature reserve nearby - I would be happy to show you where to find it ;-)
The former fishermen village is not far from Campos. It is the perfect basis to get to know authentic Mallorca. Sa Ràpita is anything but a tourist stronghold and invites you to slow down and relax. There are two small supermarkets and a few cafes, bars and restaurants along the coastline. Whichever you choose, you almost always sit right by the sea!
Sa Ràpita is located in the south of the island and can be reached in half an hour by car from Palma de Mallorca Airport. Mallorca is best explored with a rental car. You can also get to me by bus. If you don't have a rental car, I can organize a shuttle service for a fee that will pick you up from the airport.
