Villa "Isla Bonita" in Sa Ràpita
Enjoy your precious vacation time in my holiday home with pool and sea view. Built in 2017, the villa boasts modern architecture and artistic design. It is located 170 meters from the sea and only 1.5 km from the most beautiful beach on the island, "Es Trenc", making it ideal for families with children. The house has a tourist license.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each room has air conditioning that heats or cools depending on the season. There is also a large pellet stove which comfortably heats the living area in winter time with automatic temperature and time control.

House description:
There is a beautifully designed open living area from which you can access the terrace which is covered with sun sail through the open kitchen. This is your sunny place where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning.
A charcoal grill for nice barbecue evenings. Everything is ideally placed within easy reach of the kitchen. The huge American refrigerator with ice cube dispenser and chilled fresh water is another highlight. The drinking water is filtered by a decalcification system. The 55 "SONY Smart TV brings your desired international evening program to your vacation home or offers entertainment for your children. Connect to your Netflix account or listen to your Spotify playlist. Enjoy your usual media entertainment while on vacation!
The sea view roof terrace with a spacious lounge corner and another dining area is ideal for romantic evenings. The sunset up there with a good glass of wine is breathtaking!
The turquoise blue pool with the comfortable loungers is the ideal place to relax and invites you to relax.
Surroundings:
The former fishing village Sa Ràpita with its yacht harbor is in a quiet area and probably offers one of the most beautiful coast lines on the island. There are no hotels and the place is perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. In a few hundred meters run distance you can reach several great restaurants (all located directly on the sea), an ice cream parlor, two small SPAR supermarkets and the bakery with a beautiful terrace cafe. The yacht club is located directly on the beach and has a great restaurant. Various water sports are offered on the beach. Boats can also be chartered.
Another yacht harbor and restaurant is located in S’Estanyol, just 2 km away. In the nearby town of Campos (9 km) there are the discounters ALDI and LIDL and drugstore MÜLLER and on Saturdays there is a weekly market worth seeing. In Ses Covetes, 6 km away, the Bar S'Embat, one of the most beautiful beach bars on the island, opens its doors from June to October, offering free live music and top entertainment every day. The airport is only 37 km away, Palma about 42 km.

Cancellation conditions (identical to AirBnB!):
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days prior to check-in. Guests booking less than 30 days prior to check-in date will receive a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days prior to check-in date. After that date, a 50% refund will be issued up to 7 days prior to check-in. No refund will be issued later than that date.
